Ashtanga Mysore style classes is the traditional method of learning, practicing and teaching Ashtanga yoga. It is a personal moving meditation where each breath leads the next movement following a sequence of postures. This method offers the gift of truly owning your practice and getting to know yourself through it.

 

In the Mysore room, everyone practices at their own pace, together. The teacher is there to assist and to adapt the practice to the individual needs of each student. The group connects through the breath, creating a shared energy of motivation and support of “we are in this together” .Ashtanga is for every body and everybody is welcome!

Ashtanga Primary Led class follows the traditional vinyasa count in Sanskrit, guiding students through the Primary Series in a dynamic and steady rhythm. The session begins sharp on time.

​

We do not recommend this class for beginners or newcomers. Before joining, we warmly invite you to start with our Ashtanga Mysore classes or our Ashtanga Mysore Workshop, where you can receive personalized guidance and build a strong foundation.
