Ashtanga Mysore Style
Ashtanga Mysore style it’s the traditional method of learning, practicing and teaching Ashtanga yoga. It is a personal moving meditation where each breath leads the next movement following a sequence of postures.
This method gives you the gift to own your practice and to get to know yourself through it. In the Mysore room everyone is practicing at their own tempo together.
The teacher is there to assist and to suit the individual needs of each student. The group connect through the breath creating a motivated and supporting energy of “we are in this together”.
Ashtanga is for everybody and everybody is welcome!
